Gender & Work - A Global Perspective

In this fourth show on Gender & Work, "Chai Chat" goes global with special guest, Anna Letitia Cook.  Anna is a speaker, consultant, trainer, and coach for senior executives in the areas of international relations, business development, career transition,corporate gender balance strategy and women's career advancement.  She has over 25 years of experience and expertise having lived and worked in the UK, Bermuda, Spain, France, the US, Canada, and Italy.  Her company, WomenUP Ltd., is about making a difference in the corporate and business world, promoting effective gender balance and cooperative working relationships across the board.  

We will explore issues of Gender & Work as they appear in a more global context.  Anna Cook will share with us the state of gender balance in the corporate world outside the US.  How does the United States compare to our European, Canadian, and South American neighbors in levels of worlplace engagement, career advancement, etc.?  And what are the most effective strategies to improve on this picture, both here and abroad?
