God's Inspired Word - Living and Active

 Bishop Benny Sagra hosts this weekly episode of God's Inspired Word using the Old Catholic method called Lectio Divina (Holy Reading).  It follows the format of 1) The Word, 2) The Voice and 3)The Call to Action.  1) The Word is the moment when after reading and listening to the Word of God the participants spend some moments of silence and then utter a Word or a Phrase which is relevant to the experience of their faith journey in the here and now.  2) The Voice is the moment when after the second reading and listening to the Word of God the participants spend some quiet moments and then express a Word or a Phrase that God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit speaks to each of them as they open the ears of their hearts to receive it.  3) The Call to Action is the moment when after the third reading and listening to the Word of God the participants proclaim a Word or a Phrase which they receive as their plan of action for the day as they go out to the world and witness by their words and actions the challenge of the good news.
