The crisis in Syria continues to change as Bashar al -Assad agrees to hand over chemical weapons to “international control” as was suggested by the US. America’s incomprehensible foreign policy is scrambling as the Obama Administration tries to spin this as a victory. The only thing that is certain, at this point, is America looks weak, Obama incompetent, and Putin emerges as the world’s savior.
