Dr. François is an adjunct professor serving as subject matter expert on Gender, Race and Culture in the Public Sector in the Masters of Public Administration/Policy program for National Louis University (NLU).

Believe it or not, Chicago is the home to the largest group of recreational Black sailors in the United States.

Relax and spend the next half hour with Dr. Francois and her guest Ms. Pamela C. Rice. Ms. Rice has been the skipper of her own sailboat for more than 40 years and is one of Chicago’s most revered sailors. In addition, she is the founder and editor of BlackChicagoSailors.org
