Black Wall Street - USA is back on the air and Ms. Dorothy Brown, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will be joining us this evening to discuss the law that permits people with qualifying arrests, felonies, misdemeanor supervisions and misdemeanor convictions to ask the court to either expunge or seal the records related to their cases.
