In this episode, I interview 2 of the editors for VERANDA magazine: Carolyn Englefield (Director of Decorations) & Eugenia Santiesteban (Senior Style Editor) as they prepare for the Art of Design Awards & premier of the documentary of all the award winners. This was (I taped this in Chicago on 11/4/10) an amazing interview with 2 of the top design trend-setters in the industry. We talked about "timeless inspiration" and creativity, as well as the process for becoming an Art of Design winner (6 categories: jewelery, garden, architecture, interior design, fabric and furniture/accessories). The talent, the design and the trends both here & internationally are all discussed.
