This past Earth Day (4/22) new laws & regulations went into affect concerning LEAD PAINT. These regulations will affect ANY home (or commercial space) built BEFORE 1978. Contractors need to be "certified" in lead paint removal & other precautions will go into affect for any build/remodel. How will this affect you for your spring projects? Selling your home?
