Carson’s Corner with the Election Boycott Advocates: Monday, October 23, 2017
China in the Chinese Century
Join us, Monday, Monday, October 23, 2017, at 11 pm Eastern Daylight Time, for Carson’s Corner with the Election Boycott Advocates. On Carson’s Corner, we discuss the news and events of the last week, with a socialist, revolutionary, and non-electoral perspective.
This week on the show we will focus on the phenomenal accomplishments of the Peoples’ Republic of China since its liberation in 1949 and on where the Chinese people are headed.
This is a special time for China and for its Communist Party, the largest political party in the world with more than 89 million members. The Communist Party of China is holding its 19th Congress, an event that takes place only twice a decade.
The CPC Congress is the party’s highest decision-making body and it sets the goals and policies of the government for the coming period.
The Congress was kicked off last week with a 3-and-a-half hour keynote speech by President Xi Jinping and will continue through Wednesday.
Bob Carson and Chris Driscoll will spend the entire show on the CPC Congress and the accomplishments of the Chinese socialist revolution, where we will explain why many call the 21st Century the Chinese Century.
