Strong emotions in a child can trigger an emotional charge in their parents or other family members.

But your reaction reveals an awful lot about you.

Children don't have any hidden agendas, so they most clearly mirror our limiting beliefs and emotions. When children set you off emotionally, they're actually revealing a block in your life that you need to acknowledge and resolve.

That's what this week's podcast episode is about—identifying your emotional triggers with your child and reducing conflict by clearing them up. You'll be glad you listened.
