We know we need to document end-of-life wishes. But, the thought of trying to capture all the details can feel overwhelming. Leslie Cottrell Simonds, a Certified Caregiving Consultant, tells us abouth new book, "I Want You to Know," which helps make documenting wishes easier.

About Leslie

Leslie Cottrell Simonds was born in NE Ohio, moving to Maine as a young adult and currently lives North of Boston, MA. Her interest in supporting caregivers and providing guidance to those seeking to document their wishes for end of life started when she became close to many of the clients she was the chef for at a retirement community years ago. Later when her own father journeyed through vascular dementia she knew she wanted to share many of the things she learned through caring for him with others in their caregiving experiences.
