It could be a phone call that brings difficult news or a tough morning that brings a tough reality. It could happen at work or before we go to work -- a situation that brings the tears, the frustration or the anger. Our caregiving experience can affect how we're feeling at work. How we do remain professional?

Liz O'Donnell, founder of  WorkingDaughter.com, joins Denise to discuss strategies and solutions to manage the tough caregiving emotions at work.
