Tracy Lofty, MSA, CAE, the host of Career Talk Radio, specializes in professional development with areas of expertise in certification, career development, and education program planning. For 25 years, she has led teams through strategic planning and has been successful in building financially sound education and certification programs. Currently, Mrs. Lofty is the Executive Director of an international non profit organization in Washington, DC. Mrs. Lofty has authored several articles relating to professional development and often speaks on the subject. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio/TV/Film from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has a Master’s of Science degree in Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Trinity University in Washington, DC. She holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and the Advanced Certification Administrator (ACA) certifications.
