His name is Brian Edwards – celebrated talent executive, producer, writer – but celebrities such as Joan Rivers and Cindy Crawford know him best as "Miss Thang."

In his new book, “Enter Miss Thang," Edwards details some of the most incredible, heart-wrenching and profound moments of his 30-year career in Hollywood. “I’m living proof that anything is possible if you set your mind to it,” says Edwards.  All of Edwards’ hard work and dedication paid off, and now his friends are coming out to support the release of “Enter Miss Thang.” Joan Rivers has written the foreword, and Cindy Crawford the introduction.

Edwards began his career as the executive assistant to 5-Grammy Award winner Donna Summer. He later worked with talent agent Betty Fanning, VP of commercials at the William Morris Agency. Edwards then supervised celebrity talent for television networks American Movie Classics (AMC) and WE: Women’s Entertainment. He also served as the talent executive/talent producer for three Emmy Award-winning shows.

Edwards works with some of the biggest names in Hollywood: Joan Rivers, Cindy Crawford, Vanessa Williams— all of whom Edwards considers close, personal friends and confidantes.

he International Press Academy honored Edwards with the Satellite Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Entertainment - only the third recipient of this honor in the academy’s history.
