Dearest Radio Ulnites, Apparently February wass the month to release the maddest notes because all these fools came out with guns a-blazin'. I'm not the biggest fan of Xiu Xiu (re: "A Promise" album cover malarkey), but his track was one of the more savage things I've heard in quite a while and I can appreciate these things. Deal with it. Also, a new band on my radar is Cibo Matto, a couple of Japanese dames that can crank out some weird, synth-pop, dancy tunes. Encourage checking them out.
