Some people in this country of ours do not consider what they could achieve and do not believe in themselves enough to dream about what could be.  The reason is the family core has been deteriorating at an accelerating rate.  If you look around you know that the opioid crisis has erupted to an extent that is over powering our medical capabilities.   Pharmaceuticals have great power over their monetization with the lobbying in the government.  To this extent we see many people addicted to so-called prescribed medications who are eventually dead or going into a detox environment.
