DOUGLAS PEPPER LANG is the CEO and founder of High Technology International (The High Tech Store), and the founder of Internet TV News, which for the last 12 years has been dedicated to uncovering the uncensored truth from around the world. Although he started off as an actor in children’s repertory, Doug became involved in activism in high school, and has been involved in protests globally for the last forty years. He is deeply committed to the idea of peace in the Middle East, and has been a strong advocate of working towards a solution. He is a member of the United Federation of Israel and Palestine, and has traveled to over 27 countries, and met six Nobel Peace Prize winners. While a student at American University in Washington, D.C., Doug was speech writer for the ’76 presidential campaign of Senator Fred R. Harris. Harris was unusual in that he placed great emphasis on the working class and the Native American population. From 2006-2008, Doug expatriated to the UK, Spain, Egypt, and South Africa in protest of the Iraq War. He now resides in New York City with his wife and two sons.
