Nancy Virden is a suicide attempt survivor who is passionate about sharing hope. She is an author, Mental Health and Recovery Advocate, and Founder of Always the Fight Ministries. Diagnosed with Major Depression Recurrent in 2005, and finally addressing food addiction and a forty-year eating disorder in 2013, Nancy encourages those who struggle and teaches and supports how to help loved ones without becoming overwhelmed. She offers a revealing look into major depression and recovery and speaks on abuse, boundaries, other mental health topics, and faith-based issues.
