July is Disability Pride Month! Disability Pride Month started in 2015 in NY city to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the groundbreaking Americans with Disabilities Act being signed into law. People ALL OVER THE WORLD liked this concept so much that even if it was supposed to be a Disability Pride Day, the entire month has become an annual joyous worldwide event since it's inception in 1995!

This is an event that causes people to rethink the stigmas around disability and celebrate their unique selves! Isn't that WONDERFUL?

How can you celebrate Disability Pride Month? I will look forward to giving you some awesome suggestions tonight! PLEASE CALL-IN to the show and celebrate your wonderful, unique self with me! I hope to give a lot of information out on the air tonight to educate, inspire and entertain you about the concept of Disability Pride!

We need to make our voices heard! Please call in and tell me your stories! People with disabilities historically do not have a voice, but that is not going to happen on, "Mess With MS." Please know that "Mess With MS," is a place where all disabilities are honored always! I hope that this show will be very educational and will help show how unique we are as the largest minority in America!
