James T. Ryder is a retired NYPD Officer, having retired after 20 years. On 9/11 he responded to Ground Zero and remained there for (4) years. His assignment changed on 9/11 from the Highway Patrol to the Office of Management & Planning where he was tasked, along with Det. Tom Neal and Lt. Andrew Costello to create and maintain the 9/11 DNA Database. James suffers from numerous 9/11-related ailments. He was present on the White House Rode Garden to watch President Trump sign the extension of the JAMES ZADROGA Victim’s Compensation Extension – all Responders are now covered for both Medical and Compensation until 2090 because of this last of (4) Bills their foundation helped get passed. Unfortunately, James didn't make it to the show as planned.

Thank y to the Ground Zero First Responders., We pray for them and the terrorism they continue to fight through illness incurred from Sept 11th 2001.

This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery. This is a "we" recovery program, because it is in the "we," that we find the new "me."

We focus on the four A's of Recovery: Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation. This is a place for survivor's striving to become thrivers - which takes a huge Warrior spirit!
