Kathy Moeller is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist who, herself experienced a car crash 25 years ago that resulted in a brain injury and a five-month stay in a residential brain injury brain injury treatment facility.  A former New York marketing executive, for the next 18 months she struggled with keeping entry level finally landing in Medford, Oregon where she became a Vocational Rehabilitation client.
