Caroline wrote this book while allowing the book itself to lead her along the way, from the conceptualization of the title, to the finished product actually being held in her hand. Initially, she thought it was all about herself, but then she realized that the process was really about being humble and having faith in being of service to others. She describes her experience as a kind of stepping out into her own powers. When she held the book in her hand, she knew that it was going to have a life of its own.
