Ladies: Wearing high heels could damage your back and feet if you don’t know the Biokinetics of high- heel standing posture, says Dr. Gigi Siton, DPT, founder / CEO of Holistic Physical Therapy, and author of The Sexy Art of High-Heel Walking.  This knowledge has enabled Gigi to correctly stand in heels for 10-12 hours at a time, for the past 20 years. Her physical therapy style combines Eastern philosophy with Western medicine training and sensibilities. The 10th of 12 children from the southern Philippines island of Mindanao, Gigi lost her lawyer / prosecutor father to an assassin in 1985, and her mother died of a broken heart two years later.
