Is You Crazy?!

At some point in the majority of Black lives in America, the question arises, "Is you crazy?" While our instinctive answer is "NO! Is you?!" the truth is that many of us are suffering from one or more forms of mental unwellness. PTSD is one of the biggest categories Black people fall into when they are raised in western-based societies. Self hatred in the form of skin bleaching, perming, etc...dysfunctional relationships...anxiety...substance abuse (food, drugs, alcohol, internet, etc)...or just the undue pressure of having to pretend you are not who you really are in order to keep your job...all of these circumstances can be signs that you may need some healing work for your mental well being.
