Female MCs and Vocalists

Women in the music industry panel is about being an independent music artist in an industry that is dominated by men. The panel will consist of female music artists who are seasoned veterans and newcomers to the music industry. They will discuss their experiences as independent artists, being a woman and the role of women in the music industry, financing their careers, being independent versus signing to a label, the use of social media to promote their brand, and more. We will also play music from each of the panelists and discuss their future moves as they navigate through this tough and harsh music industry.
