Can we still rally around Hip Hop's profound power which ignited a fresh wave of black activism that helped elect the first Black President, or will it drown in its commercialized muck and mire.
How do we revive and refresh Hip Hop to its full potential, a genre that lets new ideas in, it's the genre that allows you to wail and sing, to create incredible beats, to use all the new electronic equipment to the fullest, and still bring the simple energy of the human voice.
