Rebroadcast: Today we’re going to discuss US Visa policy around foreigners who would like to invest in businesses in the US AND legally live in the US. The two programs we’re going to address are the E2 Visa (i.e. the "investor visa") and the EB5 Immigrant Investor program. Both require business investments in the US but have different levels of investment and create different legal status for the investor.
Joining us is Matt Roy, the founder of the New Atlantic Management Group. New Atlantic is a business advisory firm that helps foreign investors and entrepreneurs get started in the U.S. while meeting the complex requirements of these immigration programs.
