Peter has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets focusing mostly on stock exchanges. He was with the Toronto Stock Exchange for over 10 years in successive management positions. He then moved to the Ontario Securities Commission where he was the internal editor of OSC publications. He subsequently served as Securities Analyst at CCH Canadian Ltd. where he edited the annual Annotated Ontario Securities Law and Regulations. Following deregulation worldwide of stock exchanges in the early 2000’s Peter created ITB Solutions to assist exchanges with listings marketing. For the past five years Peter has worked on public listings development at CNSX – Canadian National Stock Exchange, assisting companies in raising capital and going public in Canada..
