Since early 2009 Sarah Zohn has been coaching small and medium hi-tech companies on Go-To-Market and Operational strategies. Her international clients span Internet, hardware, software infrastructure, and new economy services. She brings broad experience from her positions as VP in mega corporations in the US and Europe as well as from coaching small-medium companies. With hundreds of consulting interactions, Sarah also knows the entire startup ecosystem - M&A, and VC’s. Sarah received her B.Sc.E.E from the Technion Institute of Technology and her M.B.A. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.

About our discussion she says, "'The only source of knowledge is experience', said Albert Einstein. The natural flow of experience from person to person, however, seems to have been lost in today’s technology companies. Too much revolution – too little evolution. There’s no shortage of information, and today’s leaders are not less talented.

"After a long leadership career in technology companies followed by consulting engagements with dozens of companies, I have observed that something is broken in developing that much needed experience."

My recently published book summarizes the much-needed lessons. In the talk, I will share the common challenges and how to address them.
