Meet Antonio Marxuach, our guest for this week's show -- the first pre-recorded show.  This was a first with equipment and technology that I am unfamiliar and inexperienced with, but I believe things went along well without any hitches!

Antonio lives in Steamboat Springs, CO where he is very involved in the winter as a Ski Instructor and Coach at Steamboat Masters Cross Country Skiing.

He is a Biodynamic Farmer, having been mentored and trained in a two-year apprenticeship program. Antonio believes in living sustainably and enjoys working with the soil of the earth as he grows his own food.

Antonio will share with us his quite circuitous journey --- it is an ongoing journey -- of discovery of how to heal his body with real food.  Along the way, he has experiemented with many dietary theories, with each one receiving some benefit at the beginning, sometimes to discover there is more to the picture.  He is putting the puzzle pieces in place as he learns intuitively from his body, which is what we all have the ability to do!

Learn how Antonio discovered the vegan diet and his experience with that for several years of his life, but his health was still not good.  This began to show in his performance while competing as a speed inline skater in Switzerland.  Antonio then had a decision to make -- he will share with us what he did.

Eventually, years later, Antonio was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, and eventually years later was introduced to the GAPS Diet.

Listen to this insightful story of Antonio's health journey -- you will learn something!
