If you feel resistance toward something, it’s for a reason. And until you learn to embrace that “thing” that you are resisting, it will keep coming for you. If it’s attracting the wrong guy, if its weightloss, meditation, money – whatever your area of resistance is, it will keep appearing in your life until you “tackle it”. So, what happens when we quit resisting; when we decide to examine a cycle of behavior, or a pattern of actions, that seems to keep happening? We gain information, and the key to learn how to release it; we learn what it’s trying to teach or tell us, and so that we can learn the lesson and move on.
