With millions of dogs ending up in shelter each year, and now every one wanting feel good No Kill laws, creating full shelters, and leaving too many dogs on the streets to die horrid deaths, I think we can come to some basic understanding as to why unless you stop the breeding of the dogs that are not wanted in the first place, and cats, is a sensible way to bring it to an end. I would like to make this a weekly discussion with some alternatives, basic common sense ideas, helping create low-cost spay-neuter clinics, and in general do a better job in the rescue world, of addressing the main problem, too many dogs, not enough homes. How can we change the future of rescue, and the need for it. Please have your questions ready, and keep in mind we only have 30 minutes to spend with Bill.  Bill Lea's Bio is both impressive, and inspiring.    Bill has been photographing wildlife since the mid 1970s and had his first photo published in 1981.
