Joining us on this episode is Markham Robinson, Chair of the California America Independent Party. He is heading up efforts challenging the California election of the president, vice president and all congressional house representatives from
California. His desire is evidence of sample ballots (send to markyavelli@gmail.com), copies of ballots, an attorney, and funds.

California law states that if voter’s ballots are missing paragraph(s), they CANNOT BE CAST OR COUNTED (Election Code §13200.) This because ballots are missing a legal paragraph(s) as required by a new California law.
(Election Codes §§13205 (b), (c) &/or (d).) All 58 counties have not fulfilled these obligations per state law and cannot be legally counted.
