Before FBI Director Comey reopened the criminal investigation of the Hillary Clinton email scandal weeks before the election, Hillary's was beating Trump in the  polls by 10-15 points. After Comey reopened the Hillary criminal investigation, Hillary's polls dropped like a rock and Trumps surged. Even then, Trump won in a nail biter of on election night and Hillary still ended up winning the popular vote. Anyone can know this is true by looking at the dates of stories about the polls and the dates of the stories about Comey reopening the criminal investigation.
