Al Ritter is founder and president of The Ritter Consulting Group, and has consulted for the past 25 years to thousands of people across many industries in both the U.S. and overseas. Al is a leadership coach who helps CEOs, other leaders and their teams become true Servant Leaders and thereby deliver breakthrough results. 

Earlier, Al worked for the consulting firm Accenture, where he was recognized as that firm’s resident expert in leadership, culture and large scale change. Before that, he was  senior vice president for Citigroup and chief financial officer for Swift & Company.

Al is the author of two best-selling books on leadership: Life is a Paradox and The 100/0 Principle. 

He has an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College.
