She is the author of The Art of Table Dancing: Escapades of an Irreverent Woman and co-editor of the anthology, Fifty Shades of Funny: Hookups, Breakups, and Crackups.Stanfa co-manages Midlife Margaritas Facebook page with her friend, Missy Cheney Farrow. Many of their posts and memes have gone viral—with hundreds of thousands of views.
Her work has been featured in several of the Erma Bombeck Workshop publications, including the 2018 anthology Laugh Out Loud: 40 Women Humorists Then and Now…Before We Forget.
