Susana Cox is a certified yoga instructor but her interests and expertise reach deeply into healing on all levels. Yoga for balance, depression, anxiety, deep sleep, the aging process, inner deep peace, intuition, inner growth, there body, spiritual connection in relationship to my own life experience to assist creating balance when the  things of life’s unexpected situations become a little “wompy”. (such as my current state with schedules and mix of chaos.) When I came into the practice in 2013 my yoga practice helped me  by meditation and yoga relief from the darkness of depression and helplessness feelings of anxiety. With a consistent practice those symptoms dissipated without anti depressant medications. 

It has been an evolution with my continued thirst for the deepening of my knowledge of the practice. 

The wonderful human being who helped drive me that direction to begin with. Practicing loving kindness and compassion for myself, others and the planet. 

The calm and increased focus, intuition that follows for a type A like me. 

The birth of Rolling  Soulful and the benefits of expression by journaling.

What’s the spiritual connection and significance of the word “Milagro” and why I’m beginning to call my practice “Milagro Yoga”.

The direction I am taking as a teacher and plans for that vision.
