So, when I started Thinking Aloud with Ayo over 2 years ago, one of the very first people I contacted about being a guest on the show was Kehinde Dacosta-Lawrence (KDL)

A man who wears very many hats, has a heart open to many and is blessed with oodles of wisdom.

He graced the show back in 2013, and I'll be catching up with him to find out what he's been up to since we last spoke.

PLUS!! We will be talking RELATIONSHIPS!! Especially from the viewpoint of those of us north of 40 who seem to have challenges in meeting the 'right' people ;)
