We typically do not notice our breath and the power it holds in feeding our body. Our breathing patterns change as we process our thoughts and feelings throughout the day.
Join me as we explore our breath, learn to connect to it and the power we can harness when living in awareness of it. I will close with a guided 15-20 minute meditation to assist you in leaving our time together relaxed, calm, and connected to the vital life force flowing in your body stimulated and supported by breath.
