As we continue in this subtopic, "A Covenant of Perfection" pt8, we will draw a little closer in identifying the items in this second room and what they mean. We are still speaking about the Gold Incense Altar and a wooden chest called the Ark of the Covenant. Both of these items are symbolic to our Worship before God's throne. We are literally teaching about God's presence and also what  it means to come in God's presence by misappropriating His Holiness. Moses was a Priest of God, who had directly connected with God by meeting Him at the burning bush. God imediately instructed him to take off his shoes because the ground he was standing upon was Holy. There is consequence for mishandling the Holy things of God. People are banking on God's Grace covering them while they continue to creep in the church on Sunday, while pretending they've lived holy all week. Some had to pay a heavy price for allowing their flesh to lead them into something they did not deserve. When we hold spiritually things lightly, we've been robbed by self, the world, the devil because the enemy has stole our praise, worship before a Holy God. Icabod, was the name which means the Lord had departed from Israel.

Hebrews 9:3-5   Then there was a curtain, and behind the curtain was the second room[b] called the Most Holy Place. In that room were a gold incense altar and a wooden chest called the Ark of the Covenant, which was covered with gold on all sides. Inside the Ark were a gold jar containing manna, Aaron’s staff that sprouted leaves, and the stone tablets of the covenant.
