YA author Steven Parlato will be discussing his highly anticipated new novel, THE PRECIOUS DREADFUL. In addition to writing, he's an Associate Professor of English, an artist and occasional actor. He lives in CT with his wife and two children. Along with Graphic Design, he has taught all levels of English, from Creative and Developmental Writing to a 200-level literature course of his own creation. Parlato was recognized with a NISOD Award for Excellence in Teaching, and in May 2017, received NVCC’s Presidential Medal of Honor at commencement.
