Jacqueline loves books with strong voices, hates whiny sidekicks, and enjoys a good tale about a triumphant underdog. She has a love-hate relationship with chocolate and grammar, and would rather create things to clean things. She was raised on the bank of the Thames River (no, not in England, but close, it's Canadian twin) with a dog and a few horses as playmates. Jacqueline grew up in the era where parents threw their children out the door to play in the morning, and didn't expect them back until supper time. If they were lonely or bored, they were told to played with their imaginations. Thus, Jacqueline has quite a very active one.
