Frances Pullin joins Sharifah Hardie as a guest on Ask Sharifah #AMA. Frances has always been gifted with all-knowing, but did not really understand it until studying meditation, automatic writing and channeling in 2005. She began to trust what she was being taught. It was so familiar and began to answer many of her questions about life here on earth. She has been a constant student and studied varied modalities, settling on the ones listed
above.

In 2007, she began to channel Amadeus Mozart after finding out he is her Master Guide. Through conversations with him and much research, she is honored to say that she was his older sister, Marie Anna Mozart, from that lifetime. It is I Amadeus; Channeled Messages from Spirit was published in 2015 and contains excepts from Frances’ own personal journey and many things she has learned of spirituality since the passing of her son, Damon, in 2003 of a heart attack at age 33. Her latest book, Loving the Me in Me, chronicles her childhood and her discovery at age 68 how to love herself. It was a journey of forgiveness and acceptance of who she has become. It has taken three long years of personal growth work to bring this to fruition. This book is with the editor for final edit.

Frances is a teacher and currently works with students and clients out of the Sanctuary Wellness Center and Yoga Studio in Tustin, CA, a city she also resides in. In order to bring her students deeper into meditation during her various classes, she took a course in hypnotherapy and it has been an added service to her spiritual coaching. She may be reached at 714-904- 8395, frances@francespullin.com, or FrancesPullin.com.
