Single Black Women and Black Churches

How much are Black women, the most religious people on the planet, being held back by their "spiritual leaders" from achieving their dreams? With so many disappointing and downright scandalous church leaders in our midst along with a dearth of single black men in church for the single black females to marry as the Pastor says, why do Sistahs still insist on going to THAT church every Sunday?
