Ask Sue is happy to Introduce BJ BARRETTA is an award winning media professional He was born in Philadelphia, February 8th, 1980 and now resides in Washington, D.C. He has many varied accomplishments as a media professional: BJ received his master's degree in television and film production from American University in Washington, D.C.; edited nationally for CBS News; managed an award-winning media team in the federal government; and managed a public access station in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Currently, he is at Discovery Communications. There,
BJ just finished up a project producing content for TestTube, Discovery’s first digital network.  He also produced digital content for Shark Week.  His next adventure will be as an associated producer for an Animal Planet Whale Wars digital experience. He is also teaches a film history class at Northern Virginia Community College.
