The Reality in the Reality

It feels like a million years ago.  The day we were approached to make a reality TV series based around the work we do with the rescue.  At the time, all I was thinking about was the money.  We were flat broke and on the verge of being homeless.  Money was all I was wanting at the time.  We needed to survive.

It has been 10 years since Pit Bulls & Parolees was "born".  Never, ever, in my insanely wildest dreams did I think we'd survive this long.  But it did not come without a price.  

On this episode of Artemis Chaney, The Alpha Bitch, I will take you back in time and you will hear stories never before told anywhere.  Things so personal that I can't even believe I'm telling anyone.  Our struggles and triumphs, our heartbreaks and heartfelt moments, will all be told here.

On this night, you will get to hear what the ONLY non-profit organization with a TV show does to make ends meet, to get through each day without jumping off the bridge, and how we try to stay strong and stick together and survive as a pack. 

This will be a night of the "reality in the reality".
