People can do very little to avoid insanity

Insanity is persistent mental disorder, or derangement of of sober thoughts. I used to think that sanity was a sure thing, and very depenable  till lately research prove to me it is not as I thought.  The way our bodies are made up with neurocircuits etc worth keen attention and heed.  "How can one know if one is losing his sanity?"  There are some strong indicators that could indicate to you that you are indeed on your way of becoming mentally ill. Nobody is truly "sane" in the perfect sense of the word because for the vast majority of people it's true that they ALL have some kind of quirk. 

  1. You are (recurrently) depressed for longer periods of time.
  2. You are hearing voices in your head that try to influence you to do (or not do) certain things.
  3. You are feeling extreme bouts of paranoia. If you really think "they" are after you and no one can convince you that this is not the case.
  4. If you find that you cannot do certain natural things any more because you are too afraid of doing them, then that too is a strong indicator that you are (getting) mentally ill.
