Being Present in the Moment!

I love this statement because it is so true not only with how we interact with others but it also can me applied to ourselves in our spiritual journey. The spiritual journey is all about being Present in the Moment and Truly Listening to our Inner Soul Spirit! To me this is all about being AWARE! Like I always say: Awareness is the First Step! When I started out on my spiritual journey I had no idea what to expect or where it was going to take me. What I have learned is it is all about the steps you take and weather or not you are Present in the Moment you take those steps! In the midst of those steps I also learned another great concept and that was: "Everyone (Everything) is my teacher. Some I seek. Some I subconsciously attract. Often I learn simply by observing. Some may be completely unaware that I'm learning from them, yet I bow deeply in gratitude,"  Eric Allen So to me in other words have gratitude for everyone and everything in your life because it is your teacher in some way, even though it may only be for a reason, season or a lifetime. I truly give gratitude to my spiritual journey and where it has taken me and where I still yet to go, Come join me while I have an open discussion about the steps of my journey and how I have learned to be Present in the Moment while I take those steps forward!
