We already have tonight's show lined up. We had a lively debate yesterday, and we're on a roll, so why not have another?

Tonight, May 14th, at 9-00 p.m. CST, we will once again address the sticky issue of police violence, with two distinguished guests. We will be joined for the first hour by Brandi Grayson, co-founder of a coalition called Young, Gifted and Black.

We will be discussing the recent police shooting of Tony Robinson in Madison Wisconsin. Our question for debate will be; Tony Robinson, police execution or act of self-defense? Brandi's sparring partner will be Derrick Green, a ministerial candidate and student at Fuller Theological Seminary, and a member of the black conservative group, Project 21. Let's hope it's a real dog and pony show like the last one we had; I'm up for some hot and heavy action.

Our second hour will focus on the despicable practice of civil asset forfeiture. Most of you at libertarianrepublican.net probably know that police departments, under the color of federal drug laws, have the right to seize money or property found on civilians, if they even suspect those assets were obtained illegally. A person doesn't even have to be charged with a crime; they are presumed guilty until proven innocent. With us to discuss this travesty is San Diego Attorney Michael Pancer, who defense multiple plaintiffs on this issue. He is scheduled for 30 minutes, but Jim and I can take up the rest of the hour chatting about current events and giving our wise and astute political commentary.
