Edward W. "Ed" Conard is an American businessman, author and scholar. He is the author of two top-ten New York Times bestsellers: The Upside of Inequality: How Good Intentions Undermine the Middle Class and Unintended Consequences: Why Everything You've Been Told About the Economy Is Wrong. He is a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research

Richard M. Ebeling is an American libertarian author, and was president of the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) from 2003 to 2008.

Ebeling is currently the BB&T Distinguished Professor of Ethics and Free Enterprise Leadership at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
