BIKER LOWDOWN RADIO SHOW:Are there Different Laws and Punishments for Bikers?

All too often when a law is suspected of being broken, if it is a Biker who has been acussed of breaking that law they will be investigated much differently then if it was just a regular citizen. If that Biker is a Member of a Motorcycle Club they can be considered guilty way before it has even been tried to be proved. According to American law a person or group of poeple can not be punished till that a person or group of people have been found guilty of what they have been accused of!!!
